با ادامه جنگ در ایران، رژیم سرکوبهای خود را هم در داخل کشور و هم فراتر از مرزها شدت بخشیده است. حتی در حالی که غیرنظامیان با پیامدهای جنگ روبهرو هستند، مقامات اقدام به سرکوب گستردهای کردهاند که شامل قطع اینترنت و خطوط تلفن، تهدید مردم، بازداشتهای خودسرانه، شکنجه، اعدامها و صدور احکام جدید اعدام میشود.
زندانیان در سراسر ایران اکنون با یکی از خطرناکترین وضعیتها در سالهای اخیر مواجه هستند. بسیاری بهطور عمد در زندانهای نگه داشته شدهاند و دسترسی کافی به غذا، آب سالم و مراقبتهای پزشکی حیاتی ندارند. اکثریت زندانیان سیاسی از تماس با خانوادههای خود محروم شدهاند. گزارشها نشان میدهد که صدها زندانی سیاسی اخیراً به مکانهای نامعلوم منتقل شدهاند.
همزمان، رسانههای دولتی بهطور علنی مردم را تهدید کردهاند. مقامات هشدار دادهاند که اگر شهروندان به خیابانها برای اعتراض بروند، سپاه پاسداران با سرکوب پاسخ خواهد داد.
رژیم همچنین سرکوب خود را فراتر از مرزهای ایران گسترش داده است. اخیراً دفتر دادستانی کل اعلام کرد که ایرانیان مقیم خارج از کشور که با “دولتهای دشمن” همکاری کنند ممکن است با مجازاتهای قانونی شدید، از جمله مصادره اموال و حتی حکم اعدام مواجه شوند. این موضوع نشاندهنده تشدید واضح سرکوب فراملی و تهدید مستقیم علیه فعالان ایرانی و جامعه دیاسپورا است.
دولتهای غربی باید بهطور قاطع پاسخ دهند تا از شهروندان و ساکنان خود در برابر این تهدیدها محافظت کنند.
دولت بریتانیا باید سپاه پاسداران را بهعنوان یک سازمان تروریستی معرفی کند.
کمیته آزادی زندانیان سیاسی در ایران از دولتهای جهان میخواهد اقدام فوری انجام دهند، از جمله: بستن سفارتخانههای رژیم، اخراج دیپلماتهای آن و توقیف داراییهای مرتبط با رژیم.
همچنین از دولتهای غربی میخواهد فشار بر رژیم ایران را افزایش دهند تا:
- همه زندانیان سیاسی و بازداشتشدگان در ایران فوراً و بدون قید و شرط آزاد شوند
- مکان تمامی زندانیان منتقلشده بهطور عمومی اعلام شود
- دسترسی به غذای کافی، مراقبتهای پزشکی، نمایندگی حقوقی و تماس با خانوادهها تضمین شود
جامعه بینالمللی باید اکنون برای جلوگیری از یک فاجعه دیگر حقوق بشری اقدام کند.

Regime in Iran Targets Citizens Home and Abroad
Political Prisoners in Grave Danger

While the war involving Iran continues, the regime has intensified its repression both inside the country and beyond its borders. Even as civilians face the consequences of war, authorities are carrying out a widespread crackdown that includes digital blackouts, the shutdown of phone lines, threats against the public, arbitrary arrests, torture, executions and issuing new execution sentences.
Prisoners across Iran are now facing one of the most dangerous situations in recent years. Many have been deliberately kept in severely overcrowded prisons with inadequate access to food, clean water, and essential medical care. The majority of political prisoners are denied contact with their families. Reports indicate that hundreds of political prisoners have recently been transferred to unknown locations. At the same time, state media has openly threatened the public. Officials have warned that if citizens take to the streets to protest, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) will respond with lethal force.
The regime has also expanded its repression beyond Iran’s borders. Recently, the Prosecutor General’s Office announced that Iranians living abroad who “cooperate with enemy states” could face severe legal penalties, including confiscation of property and even the death penalty. This represents a clear escalation of transnational repression and a direct threat against Iranian activists and diaspora communities.
Western governments must respond decisively to protect their citizens and residents from these threats.
The UK government must designate the IRGC as a terrorist organisation.
The Campaign to Free Political Prisoners in Iran (CFPPI) urges governments around the world to take immediate action, including closing the regime’s embassies, expelling its diplomats, and seizing assets linked to the regime.
CFPPI also calls on Western governments to increase pressure on the regime in Iran to:
- Immediately and unconditionally release all political prisoners and detainees in Iran
- Publicly disclose the whereabouts of all transferred prisoners
- Guarantee access to adequate food, medical care, legal representation, and contact with families
Time is running out. The international community must act now to prevent another human rights tragedy.
